Information:
University of Chicago undergrad Eddie Kasalivich (Keanu Reeves) is part of a team of scientists that discovers a revolutionary process that uses water to produce clean, affordable energy. But someone out there isn't as happy about their discovery. After the team gathers to celebrate their achievement, their lab is destroyed. Eddie and fellow scientist Lily Sinclair (Rachael Weisz) find themselves accused of masterminding the destruction and murdering a colleague. With the feds in hot pursuit, they go on the run to uncover the truth. They discover an unsuspected link to Paul Shannon (Morgan Freeman), Eddie's mentor, which leads them deeper into a conspiracy from which they might never escape.
